Torkkuja & Nokkosia is the well-known Finnish blog specializing in cooking recipes based on natural ingredients and gluten-free foods. He recently published an article that combines design and health in a single dish. It might seem impossible that approach and, on the other hand, the study of Jussi Louesalmi, a well-known Finnish designer who works at Au3 Kultasepät, has denied all.
The passion for cooking led him to search for the perfect beauty even in the traditional Finnish dishes such as chocolate cake. The secret ingredient was the edible gold of Giusto Manetti Battiloro, the real architect of design, elegance and beauty of this chocolate cake, as pointed out by the same designer, “is an anti-bacterial material and is used as a medical treatment to cure arthritis and other types of diseases. Cleopatra used them to rejuvenate the skin. After this wonderful creation, I think I led to its version 3.0: beauty for eyes, health for body and pleasure for the palate in a single perfect moment. ”
The recipe is rich in ingredients but very simple: to cliffs and mix in a metal bowl 5 dl of cocoa butter with 2.5 dl of cocoa powder raw, 2 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of lacumaa and 2 tablespoons of Maca; at this point, add a tablespoon of orange flower water and grated ginger and pour into a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Add a little salt, put on freeze and after a little time add the edible gold of Giusto Manetti Battiloro. Et voila, les jeaux son fait!
