CIBUS 2016 is an occasion to present the white truffle flavoured edible gold a co-banding project between Giusto Manetti Battiloro, a company which produces gold and silver leaf, and Savini Tartufi, based in the Pisa province, Tuscany, internationally renowned for the production and sale of truffles.
This event is brimming with novelties, including focus on organic, gluten-free and vegan products, another section entirely dedicated to fish and eco-share products, and not least, seven of Italian gastronomy’s most virtuous producers who have decided to reunite to exchange ideas on future projects and objectives.
