The use of flavored gold is a tradition originating in the Far East 5000 years ago, the first example of “Fusion” culture in cuisine, which then had, along with the rarest spices, great success in the banquets of Renaissance Florence.

Today Gold Chef is reviving the ancient Florentine tradition, mixing gold and natural flavors from all around the world: bringing the taste and luster of gold from the recipes of Renaissance cooks right to your dishes.
