GIUSTO MANETTI BATTILORO SPA is constantly committed to conducting its business in full compliance with a corporate culture based on ethics, integrity, responsibility and compliance with applicable laws and company rules.

This commitment is demonstrated by the values referred to in the Organization, Management and Control Model according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in the Code of Ethics and in the adopted company procedures.

However, each entity may be subject to the risk of incorrect actions or illicit behavior. Just as it is the duty of each recipient to observe the procedures adopted by the company and report any behavior that does not comply with the fundamental principles contained therein.

To this end, GIUSTO MANETTI BATTILORO SPA has implemented internal systems for reporting violations to allow the subjects identified by law to report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which they have become aware in the working context, including violations of the Code of Ethics or the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
